$175,000 Settlement For Mailman Attacked By A Dog On The Street
Our client worked for the U.S. Post Office delivering mail. On September 22, 2012, he was standing on the sidewalk in front of the dog owner’s home handing mail to the homeowner when their dog charged him, bit him and knocked him down fracturing his wrist. Our client was unable to work for 11 months. The homeowner filed for bankruptcy, but we were able to settle with his homeowners insurance company.
