$700,000 SETTLEMENT INFANT’S THIGH BURNED AT DAYCARE CENTER

A three month old infant sustained a serious burn injury to her thigh when a day care operator placed a boiling bag of milk in her lap and left the child unattended. The milk spilled out onto the child causing 3rd degree burns to her thigh that required skin grafting.
